Paul co-leads his firm alongside his wife, Eliane Belshaw, where they provide values-driven, family-centered financial services to clients across the country. His approach blends technical expertise with practical insight, offering clients clarity, confidence, and peace of mind. Outside the office, Paul enjoys spending time with his family, exploring local coffee shops, and finding new ways to support small business communities. Eliane Belshaw is a bilingual tax accountant and financial consultant known for her thoughtful, faith-centered approach to client service. Originally from Brazil and now based in Tampa Bay, Florida, Eliane supports individuals and small business owners in making values-driven financial decisions. Fluent in both English and Portuguese, she provides personalized guidance to a diverse clientele, helping them navigate tax, budgeting, and business finance with confidence. Eliane serves as COO and works closely with her husband, Paul Belshaw, to deliver family-first, mission-aligned accounting services across the U.S. Her clients appreciate her warmth, precision, and dedication to both financial excellence and relational trust. Outside of work, Eliane enjoys Bible study, participating in church life, staying active, and traveling with her family. Her life is rooted in faith, service, and creating meaningful connections—with clients, community, and loved ones.

Gene is known for his professionalism, honesty, and unwavering dedication to client success. He builds lasting relationships through dependable service and clear communication, making him an essential part of our advisory team. Outside of work, Gene enjoys golfing, traveling, and exploring his passion for classic and performance cars. He is a devoted family man, happily married to his wife, Angela, and proud father to three grown children. Whether on the golf course or the open road, Gene finds balance and joy in family life and personal passions.

Nicole Green

Nicole Green is an experienced tax professional specializing in IRS representation and strategic tax services. She began her career in public accounting with a local CPA firm and brings a strong background in individual and business taxation, with a focus on high-net-worth clients, small businesses, and nonprofit organizations. As an Enrolled Agent, Certified Bookkeeping Professional, and NTPI Fellow, Nicole is a dedicated advocate for clients facing complex tax challenges. Beyond her professional work, Nicole finds joy in family life with her husband, Sean, and their son, Tyler. She enjoys gardening, hiking, and volunteering in her community. Nicole approaches both her work and personal life with integrity, empathy, and a strong sense of service.

With a sharp eye for design and detail, Edlyn supports both brand presence and operational flow. She lives with her husband and child and enjoys combining innovative tech with a grounded, family-centered lifestyle.

Hannah Allyssa Delas Alas

Marketing Assistant

Hannah Allyssa Delas Alas leads marketing at Belshaw Accounting with creativity, focus, and strategic intent. She designs engaging campaigns and strengthens the firm’s brand to connect with service-based businesses and support sustainable growth. As Marketing Manager, Hannah brings a balance of vision and execution—ensuring the firm’s message stays clear, client-centered, and aligned with its mission. She lives with her family and their dog, Scotty, and enjoys nurturing connections, creative projects, and community life.
