Not at all. While we mainly serve the Greater Tampa Bay Area, we work with most of our clients virtually we use secure online tools to share documents and meet over video when needed. That said, if you prefer to sit down in person, we do offer in-office appointments at our Holiday location. However you're most comfortable, we'll make it work.

Not much and we'll guide you through everything. We start by asking questions most accountants never bother to ask. Where is your business right now? Where do you want it to go? What's keeping you up at night? From there we'll get the basics a recent tax return, bank statements, and a little information about your business. If things are messy, don't worry. That's exactly why you're calling us.

No. We work on a month-to-month basis. There is a one-time onboarding fee when you start that covers the work it takes to get everything set up properly but after that, no long-term commitment hanging over your head. We don't need to lock you in. In our experience, once clients start working with us and see the difference, they never want to leave.

Usually within one to two weeks of signing on. The faster we can get the onboarding questionnaire filled out and the documents we need from you, the faster we can get everything set up and working. We move as quickly as you do. If you've got a deadline coming up a tax due date, a new business launch, whatever it is just let us know upfront and we'll do everything we can to work around it.

It gives you real time access to your financials so you can see exactly where your business stands at any given moment not just at tax time.That said, we understand not every business starts fresh. If you're already working in QuickBooks Online, FreshBooks, Sage, or another accounting platform, we can work with what you have. We're not going to force you to switch if it doesn't make sense for your situation.What matters most to us is that your books are accurate, up to date, and actually telling the story of your business.
